5 Minute Meal of the Week: Bean Chilli

5 Minute Meal of the Week: Bean Chilli

This recipe is a filling, protein-packed and healthy and can be made in just 5 minutes!

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 200g Tin of kidney beans
  • 200g Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1tsp Ground coriander
  • 1tsp Ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Chilli powder
  • Microwaveable rice/baked potato

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Set the rice/baked potato to cook according to its instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse the tin of kidney beans and add to a small saucepan with the tomatoes, ground coriander, ground cumin and chilli powder. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with the rice/baked potato.
