DISH was founded by Eddy Nuttall, an award-winning classically trained chef with over 30 years of experience working in fine dining, large-scale catering, and award-winning venues across the UK and internationally.
After owning and running two successful restaurants in Leeds, Dish Dining Room & Bar and Harry’s Bar & Brasserie, Eddy transitioned into recruitment, bringing with him a rare combination of operational knowledge and industry relationships that most recruitment agencies simply don’t have.
