For a slow-release breakfast, that’s speedy to make and you can take with you to work, check out this breakfast smoothie recipe:

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 80g soft fruit (summer berries or mango)
  • 150ml milk
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass or in a to-go cup.
