For a slow-release breakfast, that’s speedy to make and you can take with you to work, check out this breakfast smoothie recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp porridge oats
- 80g soft fruit (summer berries or mango)
- 150ml milk
- 1tsp honey
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth.
- Serve in a glass or in a to-go cup.
