09 Aug 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Chicken & Sweet Potato Wrap
This quick and easy meal is the perfect answer to leftovers! Eat straight away or pack for a lunch.
Ingredients:
- 100g cooked sweet potato
- 2 multigrain wraps
- 200g shredded cooked chicken
- Small handful of salad leaves
- Small handful of cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Mash your leftover cooked sweet potato until smooth and divide evenly between the wraps.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Divide the leftover shredded cooked chicken, salad leaves and chopped tomatoes between the wraps.
- Fold the wrap.
