18 Oct 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Goat’s Cheese Bread Thins
Have the fanciest, tastiest lunch in the office or enjoy this healthy lunch at home! Either way, it only takes five minutes!
Ingredients:
- 3 Bread Thins
- 50g Soft Goat’s Cheese
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 Tomatoes
- 4 Olives
- 2 Handfuls of Rocket
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumber and tomatoes thinly and dice the olives.
- Cut the bread thins into triangles and spread over the goat’s cheese.
- Top the bread thins with the sliced cucumber and tomatoes, diced olives and the rocket.
