13 Oct 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Halloumi & Avocado Sandwich
Perfect for breakfast, lunch or brunch! Treat yourself to this tasty five-minute masterpiece.
Ingredients:
- 125g Halloumi
- 2 tbsp Guacamole
- 2 Slices of Rye Bread
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Lime
Instructions:
- Heat the grill. Slice the halloumi, line a grill pan with foil and place the halloumi slices. Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread the guacamole over the two slices of rye bread.
- Slice the tomatoes and arrange the slices over the guacamole.
- Top with the grilled halloumi slices.
- Squeeze over juice from ΒΌ of a lime to serve.
