5 Minute Meal of the Week: Italian Rolls

Want to upgrade your lunchtime cheese sandwich? Try this quick and easy lunch, bursting with Italian flavours! 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Ciabatta Rolls
  • 1tbsp Pesto
  • 50g Marinate Artichokes from a Jar
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper from a Jar
  • 1 Ball of Mozzarella
  • Handful of Fresh Basil

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Toast the ciabatta rolls under the grill.
  2. Half the rolls and spread with the pesto.
  3. Top with the artichokes, red pepper, torn mozzarella and basil leaves.
