29 Mar 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese
This is the ultimate comfort food recipe and when you need comfort food, you want something you can make in 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 450g Macaroni Pasta
- 4 tblsp Butter
- 200ml Water
- 2 tsp Dry ground mustard power
- 200g Evaporated milk
- 500g Cheddar cheese
- 200g Parmesan
Instructions:
- Grate the cheddar cheese and finely grate to parmesan cheese.
- Add the macaroni pasta, butter, water and dry ground mustard powder to a pressure cooker, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Set the pressure cooker to high for 4 minutes.
- Pour in the evaporated milk and cheeses and mix until creamy.
- Grate over some extra parmesan and stick under the grill in an oven proof dish for some extra decadence.
