5 Minute Meal of the Week: Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Have some leftover rotisserie chicken? Try this super tasty chicken salad for a healthy lunch! Try different flavoured mayos for a flavour twist every time.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Leftover Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 Sticks of Celery
  • 5tbsp Flavoured Mayonnaise
  • Black Pepper

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Shred the leftover rotisserie chicken with two forks.
  2. Slice the celery.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken and chopped celery in a bowl with the mayonnaise. Season and mix well.
