Have some leftover rotisserie chicken? Try this super tasty chicken salad for a healthy lunch! Try different flavoured mayos for a flavour twist every time.
Ingredients:
- Leftover Rotisserie Chicken
- 2 Sticks of Celery
- 5tbsp Flavoured Mayonnaise
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Shred the leftover rotisserie chicken with two forks.
- Slice the celery.
- Combine the shredded chicken and chopped celery in a bowl with the mayonnaise. Season and mix well.
