22 Nov 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Salad Wraps
Looking for a healthy, vegetarian lunch? This classic salad wrap is perfect!
Ingredients:
- ¼ Carrot
- ¼ Cucumber/Avocado2 tbsp Hummus
- 1 Tortilla
- 1 Lettuce leaf
- 1 tbsp Tomato Salsa
- Handful of Grated Cheddar
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the carrot and slice the cucumber/avocado into strips.
- Spread the hummus over the bottom third of the tortilla.
- Top with the lettuce leaf, grated carrot and sliced cucumber/avocado.
- Spoon over the salsa and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling, fold in the sides and roll the wrap the rest of the way up.
