09 Mar 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Speedy Tuna Pasta Salad
The great thing about this recipe is that it uses kitchen cupboard ingredients – haven’t been shopping lately? Fear not! This quick and easy 5-minute meal is here to solve your bare-fridge woes.
Ingredients:
75g Previously cooked pasta (requires 10 minutes of meal prep unless you are happy for this to be a 10-minute meal of the week!)
1x Tinned tuna in olive oil
200g Can of cannellini beans/borlotti beans/butterbeans
200g Can of Sweetcorn
Mayonaise
Dried parsley
Instructions:
- Mix the cooked pasta, tuna beans, sweetcorn and tablespoons of mayonnaise to desired consistency and season with parsley.
