Tired of the same old plain and boring sandwich? Try this Moroccan pitta pocket for a flavourful, quick and easy lunch!
Ingredients:
- ½ Red pepper
- 2 Pitta pockets
- 4 Falafels
- 4 tbsp hummus
- Handful of rocket leaves
Instructions:
- De-seed and slice the red pepper.
- Spread the hummus inside each pitta pocket.
- Place the falafel, pepper slices and rocket inside the pitta pockets.
