18 Oct 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Turkey & Pea Guacamole Wraps
Move over avocado! Who knew peas could be so versatile? Try this turkey and pea guacamole wrap with crisp radishes as a tasty lunch!
Ingredients:
- 50g Frozen Peas
- 2tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Lemon
- 1 Wholemeal Wrap
- 50g Slices Turkey
- 2-3 Radishes
Instructions:
- Boil the frozen peas for 4 minutes.
- Slice the radishes thinly.
- Drain the peas and crush them with the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice.
- Spread this over the wrap and top with the turkey and sliced radishes.
- Roll and halve to serve.
