5 Minute Meal of the Week: Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese

This is the ultimate comfort food recipe and when you need comfort food, you want something you can make in 5 minutes.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 450g Macaroni Pasta
  • 4 tblsp Butter
  • 200ml Water
  • 2 tsp Dry ground mustard power
  • 200g Evaporated milk
  • 500g Cheddar cheese
  • 200g Parmesan

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Grate the cheddar cheese and finely grate to parmesan cheese.
  2. Add the macaroni pasta, butter, water and dry ground mustard powder to a pressure cooker, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Set the pressure cooker to high for 4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the evaporated milk and cheeses and mix until creamy.
  5. Grate over some extra parmesan and stick under the grill in an oven proof dish for some extra decadence.
