01 Jun 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Bean Chilli
This recipe is a filling, protein-packed and healthy and can be made in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 200g Tin of kidney beans
- 200g Tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1tsp Ground coriander
- 1tsp Ground cumin
- ½ tsp Chilli powder
- Microwaveable rice/baked potato
Instructions:
- Set the rice/baked potato to cook according to its instructions.
- Drain and rinse the tin of kidney beans and add to a small saucepan with the tomatoes, ground coriander, ground cumin and chilli powder. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Serve with the rice/baked potato.
