07 Jun 5 Minute Meal of the Week: Creamy Tomato Corgetti

Ingredients:
- 4 Slices of parma ham
- Fresh basil
- 350g Tomato and mascarpone sauce
- 250g Pack courgetti
Instructions:
- Roughly tear the parma ham and basil.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and dry fry the ham until crisp. Transfer to a plate for later.
- Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the corgetti and cook for another 1 minute.
- Serve with the ham and basil.
