5 Minute Meal of the Week: Halloumi & Avocado Sandwich

Perfect for breakfast, lunch or brunch! Treat yourself to this tasty five-minute masterpiece.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 125g Halloumi
  • 2 tbsp Guacamole
  • 2 Slices of Rye Bread
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Lime

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Heat the grill. Slice the halloumi, line a grill pan with foil and place the halloumi slices. Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Spread the guacamole over the two slices of rye bread.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and arrange the slices over the guacamole.
  4. Top with the grilled halloumi slices.
  5. Squeeze over juice from ΒΌ of a lime to serve.
