Eddy brings over 30 years of experience as an executive chef, restaurant owner, and recruiter in Yorkshire and the north of England.
With a database of over 4,000 candidates, we use the latest technologies to keep our staff up-to-date with current opportunities. Additionally, our live temporary workforce includes around 50 temporary chefs and front-of-house staff working every week. This makes us the perfect partner to meet your recruitment needs, whether they’re short-term or long-term.

Katie, Eddy’s wife, brings her own expertise to the business. She helped create the award-winning Dish Dining Room and uses her first-hand knowledge of the hospitality sector to match top talent with hotels, restaurants, and gastro pubs across Yorkshire and the north of England.

Eddy has spent over three decades in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in Michelin-rated restaurants worldwide. He has worked alongside some of the UK’s most renowned chefs, such as Jamie Oliver and Simon Shaw, before opening his award-winning restaurant, Dish Dining Room, in Leeds.
After working with two of the UK’s largest hospitality recruitment companies, Eddy founded DISH Hospitality Recruitment. Now, he supports clients ranging from family-owned independents to Michelin-starred establishments. Eddy often takes a hands-on approach, even helping out in the kitchen when needed!

Dish Hospitality is looking for Event Chefs and Supervisor level FOH with experience in arena, races, wedding and banqueting work. Straight shifts available, minimum 8 hours work. Own means of transport is an advantage and mileage paid for. This work is for the season April through to December. Top rates of pay.
