Eddy brings over three decades of hospitality experience as both an executive chef, restaurant owner and recruiter within Yorkshire and the north of England.
With a real-time database of over 4,000 candidates, first-class technologies keeping potential staff up to date with current opportunities, and a live temporary workforce, which sees approximately 50 temporary chefs & front of house staff working for us on a weekly basis, we are ideally suited to fulfil your recruitment needs, both on a temporary and permanent basis.

Katie Nuttall
Business Development Manager
Katie gained first-hand insight into the hospitality industry after helping her husband, Eddy, to create the award-winning restaurant, “Dish Dining Room” in Leeds city centre. She uses this knowledge to provide hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs with the best talent in Yorkshire and the north of England for DISH Hospitality Recruitment.

Eddy Nuttall
Managing Director
Having dedicated three decades to the hospitality sector, there’s little that Eddy Nuttall doesn’t know about the industry. Eddy worked in Michelin rated restaurants across the globe and with some of the UK’s finest chefs including Jamie Oliver, Steven Kendal, Simon Shaw and Paul Heathcote before opening his own award-winning restaurant “Dish Dining Room” in Leeds’ bustling city centre.
Eddy refined his recruiting skills with two of the biggest hospitality recruiters in the UK before once again striking out on his own to support some of the biggest high street chains, Michelin rated chefs, 5* hotels and family owned independents as DISH Hospitality Recruitment. It’s not uncommon to see him taking a hands on approach to supporting partners by getting his knives out and helping out in their kitchens!

Laura Hookins
Recruitment Consultant
Laura’s passion for the hospitality sector is clear from the decade she spent gaining insight into the industry. Laura even worked alongside Eddy at the award-winning restaurant, “Dish Dining Room”. This, combined with her many years of experience in the world of recruitment means she is ideally placed to match extraordinary candidates with exceptional hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs.

Ellie Fisher
Marketing Assistant
Ellie joined DISH Hospitality Recruitment in 2022 after a career change from teaching. She works alongside Josh Dixon to create website and social media content and communicate with clients and candidates.
Ellie holds a BA (Hons) Degree from Newcastle University and has ambitions to complete an MA in Marketing. She has experience in HR and recruitment in an educational setting and strives to deliver efficiency and personable communications that showcase the talents of the DISH recruiters.

Seon Ripley
Operations Director
Seon Ripley holds a Bachelor’s of Psychology from Seton Hill University, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and he has developed extensive experience in business operations on an international level. He demonstrates a customer-led approach to strategic business management.
After an illustrious career working in the outsourcing and recruitment industry, Seon partnered with Josh Dixon and Eddy Nuttall and operates as a Operations Director for DISH.
