Head Chefs

Our head chef candidates have worked in the finest hotels, restaurants and gatsro pubs in the UK, from 3 Michelin stared chefs to local country inns, farm shops and everything in between, we are shortlist specialists meaning you will never have our 4000+ strong database dumped into your inbox, rather a shortlist of 3-4 pinpointed chefs we feel would be ideal for your vacancy.

Sous Chefs

As with our head chefs, all of our sous chefs have worked in their position for a minimum of two  years, have longevity in roles and have experience working with some of the finest head chefs in the region and beyond.

Chef de Partie

Our CDP candidates have all worked for a minimum of three years in the industry, have experience on every section, hold a current level 2 health and safety certificate, are fully vetted, cross reference checked & hold a relevant RTW certification.

Pastry Chefs

Our pastry chefs are true professionals, having made their careers within pastry, in some of the finest kitchens in the UK and overseas.

FOH Managers
