Temporary Chefs

All of our temporary chefs, front of house staff and managers are cross reference checked, have a relevant RTW visa, have level 2 H&S certificates and are always thoroughly professional at all times. All our staff arrive with their own uniform and tools/knives needed for the job. All of our temporary chefs have worked up to sous chef level and are available at three levels. ‘General chefs’ can work on any section under supervision; ‘sous chefs’ can run the pass and assist an existing head chef where needed; and ‘head chefs’ are able to run any kitchen setting as needed.
