Dish Week 1!

So Dish Hospitality is 1 week in and I must say the first week has been fantastic! We have the website up and running with some great content.

The Facebook page has had record hits and the general response has been amazing. We have had some great conversations with some truly inspirational people and a large number of re-acquaintances.

With everyones situation and life through the lockdown seemingly very different, what is emphatic to me is every single person I have spoken to is focussed, driven & open minded on how the industry is opening back up. I must add the general feeling is bright for how the industry is bouncing back from the awful situation Hospitality was in just a few short months ago, obviously helped by the eat out to help out scheme

The first week of Dish has also seen me move into the YCG offices alongside some fantastic consultants working in sectors such as IT, construction, international sales & automotive, not to mention meeting the office dog!

It has certainly been a full on week, & I am very pleased with the way Dish hospitality has been received in the industry, & the big strides forward we have already made…

Dish Hospitality is looking for Event Chefs and Supervisor level FOH with experience in arena, races, wedding and banqueting work. Straight shifts available, minimum 8 hours work. Own means of transport is an advantage and mileage paid for. This work is for the season April through to December. Top rates of pay. Email your current CV and we can contact you to discuss the role and rates of pay as they vary for each job. Sole Traders are more than welcome.
