I am an award winning British chef and restaurateur, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. I have worked worldwide from the UK to Italy to Australia before opening my first of 2 restaurants in Leeds, Dish dining room & bar and Harry’s bar & Brasserie. After 3 years operating these venues I decided to sell 2 very well run, established businesses and enter the world of hospitality recruitment.

My contacts and knowledge of the industry allowed me to place chefs and managers in national restaurant groups, Michelin chefs/restaurants, 4 & 5 star hotels and contract catering venues predominantly in Yorkshire but also into the North East and Scotland.

Bringing all of this experience into this new venture, Dish Hospitality,  with YCG is very exciting, and allows us to offer 30 years of hospitality experience alongside fantastic state of the art infrastructure provided by YCG to offer a new way of recruiting, focusing on the very finest hospitality staff being placed in exactly the right positions creating long term staffing solutions nationwide.
